Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

All information is stored in secure databases that cannot be accessed by the public nor any employee of Prism Host. Additionally we encrypt and secure all information via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which all of our services provide. You are permitted to disallow our access to your server in the case of support needed, we will not access your server and/or its data without your verifiable consent beforehand. Backups are encrypted using digital keys and cannot be accessed by any member of the public nor any Prism Host employee. If you need to revert a backup, you may do so in the “Backups” section on any of our provided panels.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer through your web browser. Certain aspects of our website require cookies in order to function such as your Authentication session keeping you logged in to our services. We also use cookies to remember your preferences when navigating our website to ensure your future visits follow the same protocol. Finally we use cookies for security reasons. You can remove your cookies stored on your computer by visiting your website browser settings and removing them.

Right to information

If you at any time would like your account and all of its related data deleted from our services. Please open a ticket on our client portal found here: https://client.prism-host.com. All the data related to your account will be processed in 1-5 working days after the account deletion request has been made. Once the data has been processed, we will delete all your stored data, please note however we cannot delete data stored by our third-party services. Please review the appropriate privacy policies for more information. We will not remove any account information when there is an ongoing/past investigation that we must retain to prevent you from creating another account or to share with legal authorities. If you are a european customer, you can at any time, request all of your stored data at any point. You may do so by opening a ticket in our client portal found here: https://client.prism-host.com
