How long until I get my server?

Your server begins provisioning as soon as the payment is verified and passes. Server installs can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the chosen game.

Is there a panel I can use to control the server?

Yes! We use WISP panel to make it easier to manage all of your game servers.

Can I order a custom plan?

Sure, contact our support team and we'll see what we can work out.

What is anycast and how do I use it?

Anycast is a technology that handles routing in a way where incoming requests, your players, can be routed through the nearest location to them, this greatly reduces latency for your player base. Anycast is activated by default on all of our services.

How many slots does my server include?

We don't believe in paying for slots, that's why you pay for the hardware you use. Every server has uncapped slots to allow up to the maximum support amount of players for that game, though we may recommend slots for the specific plan.

How do I claim my free service?

If you have an elegible plan you can claim your free service by opening a ticket and we'll assign you the service!

What if I need additional ports?

If you need additional ports assigned to your server, feel free to open a ticket and we'll help you out.

What if I need to upgrade?

We make upgrading your plan as easy as possible! Please open a ticket if you need to upgrade and we'll get back to you as fast as we can!
