Primary Duty
- Interacting with a high-volume of support tickets in a professional and helpfull manner.
- Collaborate with other support agents & our staff team in order to deliver the best possible customer service.
- Provide clear and precise answers for our customers questions.
Requirements
- Atleast 16 years of age.
- Speak and write fluent English.
- Ability to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-pace and high-volume environment.
- Able to communicate and collaborate clearly within a team.
- Understanding of our products & how they work is a must.
